Fantastic Fiddler's Finale

Can’t think of a better way to celebrate the conclusion of Consuming Columbus than with my birthday celebration at stop #49 Fiddler’s Green. My friend happened to be our server, which was a nice surprise. Thanks again Jenny! About ten of us dined on the pub grub.  The menu items chosen were: fish & chips, the Gaelic burger, chicken curry, a BLT, and corn beef & cabbage. Everyone was happy with their food; the consensus was it was good for bar food. The fish was really yummy, very flaky & not greasy at all. I had the corn beef & cabbage, which came with a mound of smashed potatoes. The meat was tender & tasty. The potatoes were creamy & delish. Big shout out to Diane for the scrumptious cheesecake! The bar atmosphere downstairs is really lively, but the dance scene upstairs is what it is all about. At least thirty friends came by throughout the night to share a drink & a dance with me (thanks to you all for making it such a fun evening).  It was a fantastic finale!

Stayed tuned for the CC restaurants recap in a couple of days.
4 Ciabatta loaves for Fiddler's, a dozen for the memorable experience.
